[3.9.0] Crash on active VRC constraints when source is deleted

Reproduction steps:
- Create 2 gameobjects. Hierarchical relationship does not matter.
- Create a constraint (rotation, for example), and assign the the first object as a source for the second
- Lock the inspector to show the object with the constraint. The sources menu does not have to be expanded
- Delete the tracked object from scene view
- Unity crashes
