[SDK 3.6.2-constraints] Constraints Sync Toggle

I know it's probably out of the scope for this beta and someone on the team must've already thought about this, but I can dream, right?
The idea is having a "sync" toggle on the constraint component, and if enabled it would consume as many bits as it would need to stay synced with the owner client. (Memory consumption depends on the constraint type, locked axis, and probably other things)
Imagine being able to place a world prop and not having to use an esoteric tool and a few animator layers just to make it sync. Besides the obvious for static world props, constraints with Rebake Offsets would benefit greatly from this; if I drop a sword and re-grip it in a new spot, a remote client may be wildly out of sync with that new location. I'd happily spend a chunk of memory to sync props.

It's quite nice just to have the frozen Constraint value synchronized at the moment of late joiner's join.
