Repeating Entries in Mutual Discovery List

Some users are displaying repeating entries in the mutual users list which also artificially inflates the user number.
As shown in the screenshot from VRCX below, Natsumi and I share 34 mutual friends, but in-game I counted 37 in the list.

Just to clarify since someone brought this concern up to me: It's not a VRCX issue, but VRCX helped me more easily spot the issue.
