For what it's worth, I haven't had this issue.
Opening the SteamVR bindings menu for VRChat and hitting the "Activate" button for the "default bindings" preset rather than my previously edited one worked fine for me.

We're not able to see this problem on our end. The default bindings work fine for movement and rotation on all platforms. Could you provide some video or screenshots of how you are resetting your bindings to the defaults that left you in the broken state?

_tau_ I'll see what I can do, although I'll need to figure out how to restore the default bindings back to VRChat's default as I overwrote it with my own.

_tau_ Looking into it, it's likely it was just an error I made as some point in the process but was just unaware of but I have no way to easily try and replicate it.

On my situation, move, rotate, mic, jump, grab and interact were all not set.
