`Legacy Fingers` Mode doesn't save between avatars

In the open beta,
Legacy Fingers
is suppose to save per avatar, but the current behaviour is when toggling on the mode for Avatar A, then switching to Avatar B then back to A, the mode is toggled back off.Log In

It seems that it unsets on avatar switch for me. However it fails to recall the "Legacy Fingers" setting when switching back to an avatar where it was previously set
