i have found unity plug ins for vrchat that support BIRP.
if this could be added to a separate beta build, it would be helpful for alot of people and its supported on the current unity version all the way up to unity6. im pretty sure i saw an intel xess2 plugin too. if these were succecfully implemented to vrchat and tweaked using communty input and is successfull if would make gameplay a whole lot better and smoother and possibly little to no artifacting from using them. as i saw in earlier posts about this, that mentions that fsr and dlss didnt support the built-in render pipeline but now that the newest versions support it, it should in theory be possible now.
