Came across a user in an instance who was stuck as the avatar diamond even with culling turned off.

Has this happened more than once?
Any repro steps?

StormRel Unfortunately I have no repro steps on this one aside from the fact I had entered this instance with culling already set to show only 10 players max.
I can't recall if this had occurred before, but if so this is the first time I've encountered it in a long while.
