In today's VRChat announcement, it was reported that the problem had been cured, and indeed the screen I presented at the beginning was cured. However, unfortunately other parts of the UI/Default are still broken. (Try pressing the settings button.) Please confirm.

Unfortunately, it went live without being fixed, so the above world's UI issue will be fixed in the workaround.

There's an issue with ZTest Shaders in the beta, being obstructed by meshes, I've took screenshots of both VR and Desktop, on beta and on live
(Only tested on PC as I don't have Quest or Android)

I believe this issue is causing the HUD's text on my planes to appear behind geometry.

I think this is related, but it also looks like UI shaders that appear through walls (has "ZTest Always") no longer appear through walls in the beta (as if it was "ZTest LEqual"). They work fine in the normal version of VRChat. If this is unrelated let me know and I can make a separate post.

Furthermore, when I apply "VRChat/Mobile/Worlds/Supersampled UI" to the material on Unity Editor, I get "Shader error in 'VRChat/Mobile/Worlds/Supersampled UI': undeclared identifier 'i' at line 102 (on d3d11) " error appears.
