Bools not synced completely?

I use GTAvaCrypt for shader encryption. This uses 32 bool parameters as key, as you can see in image #1. This 32 bools has to be synced completely, so the other players will see an fully decrypted avatar.
Non beta/ik-beta (1194.9): As you can see on image #2, all looks normal. On left side, it's my view with an encrypted Merino (tall). On the right side, it's a friends view (Mini-Mint). All looks good when Mint looks at Merino. Merino is fully decrypted for both.
Open beta (1197): On the image #3, the result looks good on the left side view for me. But on the right friends side, the mesh on Merino looks broken (decryption partially fails).
In the image #4, custom animations are disabled on the right friends view. This is, how it looks, when nothing will be decrypted (looks like expected).
Conclusion:
I don't know, whats exactly wrong. But it seems, like the most bools will be synced, but not all (because of the difference between image #3 and #4). Maybe there is a bug for bool syncing?
BTW: I use the latest SDK (VRCSDK3-AVATAR-2022.05.12.23.07_Public).

Selecting different clothes on this particular avatar is not synced to the remote. Screenshots of the options in the menu to get to the outfits list attached, for the benefit of folks who can't read Japanese.

this is a avatar with the issue just ignore how scuffed it looks i kept removing things to try and find the issue and nothing fixed it. the animation toggles a cube in you hand. on live it works fine everyone can see it on beta its local only.

Ok, next step:
I have added 256 boxes, 256 bool parameters and 256 animations to this funny robot from SDK. All parameters are set to true by default and are not saved. So, they must all be synced as true for the friends. But nope - only the first 32 bits and the last bit will be synced (Bit 0 is green, Bit 255 is red -> count from right to left because of the mirror).

Some more detail:
The image #1 shows my first order of expression parameter. My guess was, that some parameters somewhere in the middle will not be synced. So I changed the order like on image #2. With this, I have no issues anymore in open beta!
So, it look like something is wrong at an certain position. Maybe, it's only related to SDK. Or maybe also, there is some data loss during sync.
