Attaching a photo to the invite isn't available in the QM Send Invite/InviteReq window even with VRC+

As the title says. In MM is fine.
How to reproduce:
- Open VRChat
- Open the user page in QM (Receive an invite or friend request and click "..." and "View Profile" OR click any user from the "Friends" page in the wings)
- Click "Request Invite" or "Send Invite"
- You'll see the VRC+ Advertisements even if you have VRC+

It also appears this error doesn't let you choose a message either and the screen is a 'Send Invite' screen, not send invite reply.
