Add Selectable Avatar Pedestals

With the avatar marketplace now here, this is needed more than ever. Currently, clicking a marketplace avatar in a pedestal does nothing, when it should bring up the avatar details tab.
Portals, Prints, Stickers, Sharing, Users, etc, can all be selected, but Avatar Pedestals are notably missing.
