Add option to unallow mutual lists for non-friends

Much like how you are able to set certain groups to "Friends only", I want only people who I have added to be able to see my mutual friends.

Should be a toggle: Allow everyone see mutuals, Allow only friends see mutuals, Disallow everyone.
