[2018.2.3] [BUG] Player Sync Can Fail Completely For Some Worlds
complete
LumiLight680
Player avatars will stand where they loaded in even if the remote player has moved to a different location. It doesn't matter if players join all at once or join spaced out. Sometimes it only happens to some players, but most of the time it happens to everyone.
It is also possible to move items around even when your avatar isn't synced for other clients, but sometimes that fails too.
Checking the logs indicates that several nullref exceptions are being thrown which are likely related.
The bug can be most consistently reproduced in the following world:

Do you have the logs that you mentioned here?
LumiLight680
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Output logs for both clients are here:
I have no doubt that this is related to some of the weird constructs I have built in this world. But the fact that world setups can affect player syncing seems like a bug.

LumiLight680: Thanks for the logs. Does this also occur on live?
LumiLight680
I have never seen this happen on live - even with 20+ people in the world.
Added a video of the bug.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: I’ve had this issue ever since the beta opened, but on live clients. So far it only happens when I have two clients on the same computer in the same world. I have not seen it happen for people not on the same computer. I did not test with both clients and other players, but I will get back on this. It might be world related too as I had weird prototypes.
