[1917] VRChat Soft Keyboard is off-centered when searching in settings

- Open Settings from Main Menu in desktop mode.
- Make sure "Always Show VRChat Soft Keyboard" is enabled in User Interface → General UI Settings.
- Search for "soft".
Expected result: The soft keyboard is centered to the window.
Actual result: The keyboard is docked to left of the inner settings panel and overflows the window (1024x768 resolution).
