[1917] The position of the chatbox input field in VR makes the keyboard very uncomfortable to use

The new location of the chatbox input field makes it virtually impossible to place the keyboard in a comfortable location.
The following change was made in open beta 1917 that makes the chatbox and its keyboard practically unusable in VR:
- In VR, the Chat/Input popups now appear lower by default. (Near the bottom of where the Main Menu would appear, rather than the middle.)
Please see the attached images for more information, it was the simplest way I could communicate what feels wrong about this change at the moment. The third image is a proposed solution that successfully "lowers" the chatbox and its docked keyboard without making it uncomfortable to type on or adjust.

There also appears to be a tangentially related issue affecting the tilt of the main menu itself? It doesn't feel like it pivots around the user's head the same way it used to, it's like the pivot has dropped lower.
