[1914] Keyboard snaps back to odd position when repositioning the chatbox input field

Steps to reproduce
- Open the chatbox
- Ensure that the keyboard is "docked" on the input field
- Attempt to move the input field
Observed result
The keyboard snaps to a different position and does not respect the location you last left it upon moving the input field.

Still occurs on 1919, it's centered but feels odd that it does not keep the position set by the user.

This issue still occurs in 1917. The keyboard no longer snaps back to an un-centered position, but still snaps back to a position not set by the player nonetheless.
