[1912] HUD shows object tooltips despite set to "Highlight Only"

On live, setting "Interactive Object Tooltips" to "Highlight Only" only shows an outline for objects. Setting the option to "Tooltip" shows a text tooltip on the objects.
On open beta, "Highlight Only" also shows the text tooltip for objects when it should only show the outline of the object.

I have just been informed that there is a new settings toggle "Show Contextual Controls" which replaces this old setting "Interactive Object Tooltips". While I disagree with the new naming, considering it's very much a "tooltip" for "objects" and not a "contextual control", if the new toggle replaces the old setting, that old setting should be removed.
