[1912] Allow HUD elements to be turned on/off individually

Currently, there are only four options: All On (Full), Icons Only (Compact), Main Menu Icon and Mute Icon Only (Minimal), and All Off (Hide HUD).
Since the HUD elements users need vary, I request that each element be individually toggleable.
Additionally, if this is implemented, I'd like the face mirror to be hidden as well when Hide HUD is enabled.
In the previous UI (Live), the face mirror was hidden when the HUD was hidden, but currently, it is inconvenient to have to toggle the face mirror and HUD separately to hide everything.

Some elements are also inconsistently hidden when hide hud is enabled, like interactables. If not toggleable then I'd expect this to only show in All On (Full)
