[1896] Keep or reintroduce the “Close” button in Action Menu “Options”

:> Removed redundant “Close” button from “Options”.
Please don't remove this. Sometimes the Action Menu can bug out where pressing the Action Menu key (R on desktop) does not close the Action Menu, and in this event the only reasonable way to escape/close the Action Menu and fix the issue is to navigate and press the "Close" button from Action Menu "Options".
It's a rare bug (no known steps to reproduce), but it's very annoying when it happens and having this failsafe "Close" button would avoid needing a client restart or rejoin.
