I've noticed sometimes when blocking a user while avatar culling is enabled (Hide Beyond 0.00m), their nameplate will disappear and their mic audio will stop, but their diamond will still be visible with movement.

Toggling avatar culling off and on again hides them completely, rejoining the instance will also hide them completely.
