[1879] VRChat gets stuck at "Connecting..." when switching accounts

- Launch VRChat while already logged in
- Use the "Switch Account" button in the MM to log out of the current account
- Log into a separate account
- VRChat gets stuck at the "Connecting..." screen

something similar is happenning to me though i suspect it's the same issue:
i never logged out or switched account but everyday on the first launch after booting up my pc i have to launch & close and relaunch the game 3 or 4 times before it get unstuck from the connecting screen.
