[1878] Group banners appear completely transparent at 0% nameplate opacity

- Navigate to the nameplate settings and set the opacity to 0%
In the new UI, the group banners become completely transparent[1][2], while the prior UI did not[3][4]. Before, even at 0% in the settings, the banners would only be slightly transparent but still visible.
Interestingly, in the new UI, the group banner becomes visible again when the quick menu is opened, and you can see the detailed view of the nameplate[5]

I will note that I made an oopsie in my post with the numbering of the images in the brackets. [3][4] should be first, then [1][2], as [1][2] are from live and [3][4] are from the new UI, so just ignore those. The text itself describing the issue is correct though.
