[1878] Allow the disabling features of Nameplates/Profiles of other users.

Please consider adding an option in Accessibility to disable certain features, or the nameplate customization entirely. Things such as animation can really make reading difficult for those visually impaired, especially around the movement.
For example the current testing profile customization has a shimmer/wave affect that goes into the "About me" section and is making it challenging to read the start of the text for me.
I also need the opacity and high contrast to read names/pronouns etc. like the (now) older style of nameplates provided. Being able to see where my friends are in a group of a few people will become challenging if everyone has these new effects on their nameplates.
Thank you for your consideration.

We're not going to add per-user toggles for disabling other people's nameplate and profile customization.
Your animation point is fair, though. having to turn off all menu animations just to kill an effect is a blunt instrument, and text sitting on a themed background being hard to read is a real problem.
We're looking at contrast in the places where it actually stops you reading or clicking something, rather than a switch that turns decorations off wholesale. We discuss this in this other feedback post: https://vrchat.canny.io/open-beta/p/1878-let-users-override-or-disable-custom-profile-themes-for-accessibility

You can disable
all
menu animations in accessibility, but this also disabled other menu animations like the sliding effects between tabs. This, rather obviously, isn't a nice workaround. Disabling profile effects themselves would be greatKodfod
°sky With this setting turned on, motion still exists within the profile customization. (at time of original post)

The pronouns being underneath the name field felt so much better.
