When sending an instance announcement, the sender should also receive a copy of the announcement they sent.

Sending a copy to the person sending the announcement provides feedback that the process worked, and also allows the sender to double check all wording.

If the sender does not receive a copy, they may question whether the process worked at all, especially in smaller instances.
