[1849] VRC+ Leaderboard user icons have hover and button up sound, but nothing happens

Issue:
The user profile icons displayed on the VRC+ Leaderboard play a sound on howver, as well as on button up. This makes it feel like there should be something happening when clicking on them, but nothing does.
Expected Behaviour:
There are 2 way I could see this being solved:
- Remove the hover and button up sound effects to make them match the functionality.
- Add a hover animation + action when clicking on them, e.g. opening that users profile, to match the fictionality with the sound.
