[1830] Third person free rotation - inconsistent placing behaviour of things
available in future release

Desktop
- Enter third person view and use the free rotation with TAB
- Placing portal will be relative to where your head is
- Placing items and sticker will be relative to where your third person view is
This is inconsistent
