In Build 1818, open-Beta, with Looks, Snap to end/start works.
In Build 1818, 3rd-Person Beta, The Raycast works but Snap-to-end/Start does not.

Once the beta SDK 3.10.3 and the open beta client are updated, this should be resolvable by uploading your avatar again with the new SDK.
