Some animated Exclusive and Premium spritesheet emoji do not fire correctly, such as the brick, and Spookality emoji.
Repro steps:
  1. Launch VRChat, using an account that has these exclusive/premium animated spritesheet emoji
  2. Open the Action Menu or the Quick Menu wing
  3. Navigate to a "Exclusive" or "Premium" emoji, such as the brick.
  4. Try to fire the emoji.
Results: Users on Open Beta 1815 are unable to see the emoji being fired, while users on Live can still see them.
