[1814] Shop tooltips for Exclusive, World/Group Stores, etc are incorrect.

When hovering over either the Exclusive, World Stores, or Group Stores buttons on the Shop page, the tooltip is incorrect. It will instead show the tooltip "View Avatars available to purchase".
