[1814] Mirror disabling seems broken

When disabling a mirror it seems like it doesnt stop rendering as performance stays the same. Ive done this in 6 point vr. Walking through the place the mirror was previously in does indeed drop my frame times like when walking behind a visible mirror. Tested with portable mirror.
I switched back to live and performance is good again.

confirmed by testing both versions in a lightweight world with a mirror, after disabling the mirror the performance hit remains the same, switching it to cutout showed the minor performance drop even when the mirror is disabled.
