[1814] Add flags as accessories

Add flags of countries and also flags like LGBT, trans flag etc as accessories.
Could be used as badges for the country you are from and the languages you speak.
Could just be one accessory and you pick a flag from a list.

This is a very good idea and is both inclusive and informative!
I think these pride flags could be given out to VRC+ members in June (Pride month) for example.
