The Debug Log has Expand, Scroll, Log, Warning, Error and Background at the top of it. Since 1780 these appear to be scrolling up / down with the log it self instead of always being on top of the Debug Log.

This makes it incredibility annoying to change to change these options.

The Expand, Scroll, Log, Warning, Error and Background buttons should always be on top / above the log scroll view to make them easier to access. This is also how it worked on the prior build.
