[1766] Can't see Fireball or Magic Missile emojis on open beta

The emoji for Fireball and Magic Missile do not display on Open Beta. The emoji will still fire globally, and can be seen for users on Live and other betas, but won't render on this specific beta.

This is honestly unacceptable because these are something we paid for. I understand it's a beta, but it's still bad to break paid-for features.

CompuGeniusCode This bug will be acknowledged after the weekend, but the team is aware of it. Good news, is that this is a tsmporary issue and it was caught in Open Beta before the problem was released to Live.
