Issue:
In desktop using the default FOV of 60 the debug menu spawns so close to the player that the top and bottom are cut off.
This is the case with both a normal 16:9 and 21:9 window.
Expected Behaviour:
The debug menu should adjust it's size (or distance) when spawning in depending on the players set FOV to not get cut off.
