Repro:
- Player one spawns an item.
- Player one deletes their item.
- Player one spawns their item again.
- Player two sees two copies of the item.
- Repeat for many items.

Bug in the Open Beta – Items do not despawn globally

Hello,
I’m currently participating in the VRChat open beta and noticed a bug affecting all items (including PETs):
When you spawn an item, everything works as expected.
However, when you remove it locally, it disappears for yourself, but it remains visible to other players.
As a result, it’s possible to spawn an infinite number of items globally, since others still see the old ones.
It seems that this issue doesn’t affect everyone — for some players, it works correctly or the bug happens only temporarily.
This problem appears to occur only in the open beta, and not in the stable version as far as I can tell.
I wanted to report this in case it helps identify and fix the issue.

Additional note:
When this happened, my friend saw many of my PETs duplicated.
After I disconnected, all of my PETs moved toward him and started following him as if they were his own.
This might be related to the same sync issue, but it’s a strange behavior worth mentioning.

I tested this in a world with a friend, when I left the world they told me the duplicated items didn't disappear with me. Did more experiments, after 50 items per person are spawned/duplicated it shows the spawn box but no new items spawn so here is a limit it isn't infinite.
