[1761] Allow disabling Friend mutuals separately from Group mutuals

Currently, there is only one toggle for disabling both Friend and Group mutuals. I would like to be able to choose which of them are visible to people separately.

I would assume that hiding mutual groups isn't or shouldn't be possible.
