Recurring events are a must-have feature for our community.

We run at least six weekly events, and having to manually recreate each event every single time is exhausting and inefficient.

I strongly request support for recurring events. These events need to be reliable and flexible:

- It should be possible to cancel a single occurrence without deleting the entire series.

- There should be an option to pause/freeze the whole series if needed.

- Most importantly, the event itself must not be deleted, and subscribers to the event must not be lost.

This is critical because it allows events to build and maintain their own audience. If subscribers are preserved, we don't need to post announcements to the entire group every time just to notify people - only those who are actually interested will receive notifications.

Additionally, for security and moderation reasons, only the event creator or a main group admin should be able to delete an event. In large groups with many event organizers, compromising a single account should not allow someone to delete other organizers events and wipe out their subscriber base.

Allowing recurring events would be excellent for the VRC community and position VRC competitively against similar platforms, making this a mutually beneficial recommendation.

We need a way to set reoccurring events in the calendar. Come on and make this happen! This should be a simple request.

Yes! This feature 100% needed for all the aforementioned reasons.

This feature would save time, reduces manual entry, and be very useful for planning ongoing events. Having this feature would make the calendar far more efficient and user-friendly.

MThis feature would greatly help us manage our weekly events. It I It's a challenge to have to manually do it each week when it's the same thing

Please consider adding this because large groups have multiple reoccurring events and is very frustrating to have to keep entering them. And if it is added please make it so individual events can be edited to update art or details. Thank you very much.

This is definitely something needed. It's very cumbersome to have to set up multiple events on a weekly basis

I am going to be honest here, they shouldn't have released the calendar without this feature, it's literally useless for so many people. I don't see the point of creating 2083428034 events !!! It's so ANNOYING.

this would only work to create very specific events, like xmas or st valentine's events and such, otherwise it's a complete waste of time.
