[1662] Issue causing travel to fail has not been fixed fully!

Attempting to join a preloaded world still occasionally sends me back to my homeworld! The world join will work on a 2nd attempt most of the time now but it still has happened to me a few times since updating. Log attached as requested.

When attempting to travel to another world after preloading it, you may on occasion be kicked back to your home world in the midst of travel.

- Preload any world
- Let preload "complete" (it doesn't actually due to another bug)

just to add to these STR, in case it may help for some related bug/regression in the future, this also seems to have happened when trying to get into the SAME instance, but through a DIFFERENT portal, when the world failed to preload completely.
seems that it's fixed in 1663 due to preloading working (finishing) correctly.
