[1661] Forced Camera Distance has permanent effects on Off/Dynamic, only fixed with world rejoin

- Join a world that has a far view distance (I don't know the technical term)
- Set your Near Distance to Forced
- Set it back to Off/Dynamic, observe how the "far" distance does not seem to change back to its original state
- Rejoin the world and the problem is fixed
I don't know if this is something that VRChat can fix, but if it is possible, I would love to see it fixed. I think this will lead to problems, primarily on the world creator's side, if a rendering issue cannot be remedied by setting it back to off. The issues is most exacerbated in Karl Kroenen's worlds as most of them usually have landscapes that allow you to see incredibly far, so the issue is more pronounced.
The 3 attached photos are of Boar Cove. First is "off," second is "forced," third is "off" after I had selected forced without rejoining the world.

Forced Camera Near Distance setting doesn't apply

Forced Camera Near Distance setting isn't always applying directly. changing it from forced to anything isn't applying the setting.
- Go to a world, ex: https://vrchat.com/home/world/wrld_38646e89-6117-48a9-aab9-aea64c1cd629
- Look at the skybox
- change Forced Camera Near Distance to Forced (if it isn't yet)
- change Forced Camera Near Distance to anything else
I would expect to see the skybox but it's just black. Rejoining fixes it.
