[1622] Provide VRCCameraSettings.CullingMask

Please provide a culling mask property such as VRCCameraSettings.CullingMask so we can set the culling mask of the screen camera & photo camera.
The LayerCullDistances property is not quite sufficient for this due to the relatively large clamped value of the far plane.
It would be useful for game worlds and other world gimmicks, such as hiding players without the use of a station, or in conjunction with it. I'm sure there are some performance benefits as well, depending on the world gimmick.

I think this would be useful for hiding our custom layers in the main cameras. That way we can do things like make a minimap with a top down camera with elements on a different layer
