Issue:
When the bio of a user gets long enough it becomes scrollable. If it is scrollable you can scroll through it by dragging it with your cursor or with your mouse wheel / thumb stick.
This how ever only works on your own bio, you cannot drag the bio of other users or move it with your mouse wheel / thumb stick.
Reproduction Steps:
  1. Launch VRChat
  2. Open your Main Menu Social Tab
  3. Open the user profile of someone with a long bio
  4. Try dragging the bio view or moving it with your mouse wheel / thumb stick
If you do this you notice it wont work.
Expected Behaviour:
You should be able to scroll through the bio of someone by dragging it or with your mouse wheel / thumb stick. Just like you can on live.
