[1601] Avatar Names in QM Wings show consistently instead of only on Hover.

Open Quick Menu or Main Menu.
Set Wing to Avatars (any filter works).
Profit.

Expected Behavior: Compared to Live, Avatar Names should only show on Hover.

Honestly, a toggle for this would be nice. I have the very specific issue of having about a hundred different versions of my avatar, all with the exact same avatar thumbnail, so I need to hover over them to find an avatar. This "bug" actually makes it easier for me to find avatars.
