[1534] random error on youtube videos "please sign in"

Youtube are making changes on the api again and this time they are now requesting loging to view videos, this is not related to bot protection or the use of vpn, we test it with over 30 users and everyone are having the same error.
We discover that yt-dlp can have an option to sign in but it would require a workround for VRChat to implement it. Here is the info i found: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/wiki/Extractors#logging-in-with-oauth

I also have tha same problem since several days before. Even changing IP adresses by switching to a new internet-provider has made no effect. The other tries have also made no effect; clearing cache, reinstall vrchat, update yt-dlp manually and so on.

This problem has not solved with the update of open-beta today(1/24). I hope this bug would be fixed soon.

Players seem to work today, without any action or update. I fear when the same error would occur anyday...

Since some Days i have the same Problem. Any Fixes? Caint View any Youtube Videos. Others like Twitch, VCDN is working fine.

Any world with a youtube search or URL wont work, it says "video error" and its every world.

I just checked my VRChat logs, and this YouTube problem started happening to me in the evening of 2024-11-11 PST.
No problems when I was on around 1am, but when I logged back in at 7pm I see plenty of YouTube errors in my logs.

thousands
of YouTube videos via yt-dlp using my cookies without issues. Though not via VRC's yt-dlp.OctoMiku01
Enverex not a good idea anyways to implement logins. That's just risking your account to get banned from viewing YouTube.

There are rumors spreading that YouTube has made a change to its specifications.
