[1518] Physbones still Jitter after Patch

After the Patch i was testing my Avatars and still most of them have some kind if Jitter in the Physbones.
Mostly the Tail that dependent on how its configurated are jitter so much that it gets unconftual like playing with 10fps.
Here some public stuff i found where i notice the problems too.
On this one the Tail has a Drag and jitters alot
On this one even Moving the Hands make the Feather jitter
On this one even the Idle Tail animation looks like low fps with the jitter
on all the Models its totaly fine on the Live version.
I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600 OC / Geforce GTX 1660ti / Win 10 with all stuff on the lastest driver.

Problem is still there and outside of an Hardware change (whats not possible for me) have i done anything.
For me its something with the "New" Physbones that don't want to run correctly on my hardware.
I tested different Windows Version, Driver versions, Harddrives, Grafik Settings in Nvidia Settings and VRChat..
I mostly give up and at that point i don't think it will ever be fixed because of the tiny user base thats effected from it.
I found 4-5 other people that have the same problem with the same CPU and GPU and so i think its Hardware related.
I only found out that its stronger if VSync is Activated in Desktop mode.

The problem is still there after all the Updates.
I also notice it that with the newer VRChat SDKs it has the same problems in Unity with the Physbones. (Dynamic Bones or for VRM Springbones working fine)

Are you sure you were on the correct build? You can check your build number at the bottom of the Quick Menu settings page.
I cannot reproduce any jitter with the avatars you linked. Maybe you could provide a video of your experience?
Note that on the first avatar, the tail does have a bit of "wobble" in desktop mode, but that's not "jitter". That is accurately translating the quick hip movement the movement-to-rest animation is doing into pyhsics movements for the PhysBone components.

Currently because of stuff im not able to go in VR so only a Desktop Video
The Video has 4 Parts.
1 part is Beta Version with an Avatar where the Tail Gitters alot on movement like Jumping or walking and some other movments.
2 part is Live Version with the same Avatar and how all movements are Smooth.
3 part is Live Version and the Tail is smooth at any movement.
4 part is Beta Version and the Tail Jitters and sometime snaps as it would be stiff.
Second try with only Beta and 2 Avatars like above but with a different capture programm.

Tested it on the new Live and Beta if something has changed but its still the same.
It makes me nauseous when people walk/run in front of me and the tail twitches the whole time as if I'm playing at very low fps.
Most time its with Longer Tails that have some kind of slow movement.
Maybe it helps but this is the configration of the Tail in the youtube clip.
I even removed the Stretch Modion because that was making it only worse.

Someone in the Discord mention it and i notice it too that the effect is Stronger in the Mirror.
And it looks like Physbone animations like a tail wag are on half fps in the mirror. (don't know if that should be like this but its new)
(Because Avatars with a bigger/Longer tail will have it more noticable)

For testing purpose i made a Test Avatar.
It Uses Physbones with stretch like my last postet Video.

All together because of the Edits i did Later.
The problem itself is on all Persons Physbones and not only me.
This is a Created Test Avatar with Physbones that has stretch. (Added a Toggle To Switch between 2 Physbone Scipts one with Stretch and one without any stretch)

The Jitter or Lag or Snapping or what ever it category it get puts in Started with the Beta 1511 and with 1517 some exeptions was fixed both other where more noticable.
All Physbones are Directly set to the bone and are not connected or attached with Constraints.

What i have tested:
Installing Older Drives.
Reinstall VRChat on another Drive and removed any config related stuff.
Changed the FPS setting and any other related setting.
Its in VR(Half Body) and Desktop but VR is in the Current state not playable for me because it gives me very fast nausea

The Problem is still there on version 1533.
I also tried to use different Nvidia Driver Versions , Installed a Complete new Windows 10 and 11 with only Grafik Drivers / Steam and VRChat.
Still the same.
Recorded an MMD song with the newest version where its very visible too.
