[1516] Cannot jump then start moving if effective run speed is too low (VR)

- Navigate to a world where your movement speed is below ~2.4
(alternatively, navigate to a world with a run speed of 4, then crouch to below 0.65 upright).
- Jump
- While in the air, try to start moving

Closing this, but it technically should be fixed in the next build. It's either fixed, or not fixable until a larger rewrite later on.

Addition testing with low movement jumps
If you are already moving, you maintain some air control, however, if you manage to cancel your speed mid-air, you then lose that air control.
As your strafe speed is typically lower (I think the default is 2) you can repo this bug in worlds using the default speeds by jumping then trying to strafe even while standing.
