When I turn on the camera, I also turn on smoothing and focus almost every time. So getting a quick shot turns into a few unnecessarily longer seconds than it should.
Request
I request saving the camera settings between sessions so that it keeps some of the settings from the last time used:
  • Definitely save the focus mode states (maybe also save the aperture and focal distance);
  • Definitely save the behavior states (smoothing, trigger takes photos, auto level, look-at-me);
  • Maybe save the Zoom level (This one is a bit personal since I prefer to take zoomed-in photos, and there is a quick and easy reset button. But I understand why someone would want it to be reset every time).
The argument can be made that the settings can be accidentally set "wrong" in the case of beginner players. In this case, the solution would be a reset button or only allowing the default options to be changed using the config file. I personally support the former.
