[1501] Doubble clicking QM VRC+ Tab should open Main Menu VRC+ Tab

Issue:
The newly added Quick Menu VRChat+ Tab for the most part just links you to the Main Menu. However, double clicking on it does not directly bring you to the Main Menu VRChat+ Tab.
This is inconsistent with other Tab buttons in the Quick Menu.
Expected Behaviour:
Double clicking on the VRChat+ Quick Menu Tab should open the Main Menu VRChat+ Tab.
With this change the tooltip would also need to be updated, it could e.g. be changed to:
Access VRChat+. Double click to view in Main Menu.
