[1486] Horizon Adjust & Hand Tracking

- Open VRChat
- Use the hand tracking, either through VD or something else
- Open the quick menu. Notice it always opens at the same angle. Wish this was either bound to your hand or based on the angle you're using it at like the main menu.
- Go and turn on Horizon adjust. Lie down.
- Pinch-movement gestures do not work unless you are upright in real life, no matter your horizon adjust settings.
The Hand Tracking gestures are pretty much unresponsive unless you are sitting up. So I can't lie back and watch a movie or something with Horizon Adjust. Also using the Quick Menu is really hard since it floats in the same spot, even when the main menu is set to follow your head movement.

It is currently impossible to use pinch gestures to move or turn when using the built in hand tracking controls and using horizon adjust. This is an issue if you want to use hand tracking when lying down, as it makes it impossible to move around without switching back to controls. all of the other hand tracking gestures work properly (e.g. jumping).
Reproduction steps:
- enable horizon adjust and set your horizon when lying down
- enable hand tracking on a quest 2/3
- attempt to move using the pinch gestures

The visuals for the dragging controls used for locomotion are often at a strange angle not relative to my body. I assume this happens due to playspace orientation and/or FBT.
