[1481] Unable to scroll all the way down in the worlds menu categories

Description is pretty self-explanatory. I don't know if Quest or other platforms are affected like this, but I do know PCVR is. I cannot scroll all the way down in my favorite worlds categories, trending category, spotlight category, none of the categories.

- Open VRChat in Desktop Mode (which I tested in). I am unsure if this affects VR.
- Open a World Playlist that has a max of 100 Favorites.
- Try scrolling to the bottom of the list until it prevents you from scrolling down further. There should be another row cut off on the bottom.
See screenshot attached, the issue lies where the Cursor is hovering over.

I notice it happening a lot especially in recently updated worlds.

I have the same problem. Seems like sometimes it's not updating the scrollbar to how much content is in the list. And sometimes it's just updating very slow.
Made a quick video showing when I encountered it. First you can see when my favorite lists are way too short until i click one of the public queues. And later that my uploaded worlds are in a huge 100 item list and later updates.
