[1431] Some avatars won't allow body control / won't despawn on avatar switch

(one of some avatars that have this behavior, does not show in mirror - see image / in base position)
Avatar spawns in base position, not able to move arms, head or anything. Avatar not visible in mirror only if you look down.
- Switch to some other avatar for example

Some avatars spawn in base position, wont move after change to a working avi, the avi from before keeps spawned
Switching forth and back between the broken avatar will spawn more instances of the broken avatar in base position

when i spawn in the world i can see the inside of my head and can calibrate and when i switch avatar the previous avatar is still there

Currently having the same issue with several of my avatars, I've switched back to normal VRChat for now.
If I need to post IDs for my own avatars I will, just lmk.
